Interpreting Order Locked In Processing Messages

You may sometimes notice that the status of a particular action for a domain name is displayed as Order Locked in Processing.

This message could be displayed due to one of the following reasons:

  • Connection to the concerned Registry could not be established

  • Insufficient Funds. In this case, the Current Action details view will display the Reason as Reseller has insufficient funds on [Timestamp].

  • In cases like Transfer and Restoration, the FirebirdCloud system is expecting a response from the Registry.

Once the above mentioned conditions are fulfilled, these actions are automatically completed asynchronously by the system.
